Spring Refresh Committee
The Annual HiPower Spring Refresh is the first event of the year where all HiPower Alumni come together to work on concrete ways to increase our visibility — and then have a few drinks and catch up with one another!
Spring refresh Mission Statement
The mission of the Spring Refresh is to reconnect, rejuvenate, and reenergize the HiPower community through intentional programming. Held annually each spring, this event is designed to be a meaningful touchpoint between the annual Ignite conference and other HiPower programming.
The Committee organizes and executes in-person gatherings in our two largest centers of gravity—the Bay Area, California and Austin, Texas—and ensures the inclusion of the rest of our community through a virtual component. Whether attending in person or virtually, members come together for a vibrant mix of conversation, collaboration, and celebration. We are intentional about designing the virtual experience to be inclusive, interactive, and engaging, so all members feel seen and part of the moment—no matter their location.
