HiPower’s sponsors help keep membership and event fees affordable. A current list of sponsors appears at on the Site.

Sponsors must agree in writing to use the information only to communicate with you directly, not to sell, rent or pass it on to anyone else, to include a working unsubscribe option in every email, to keep it reasonably secure, to delete it when the sponsorship ends or when you ask, and to comply with applicable anti-spam and privacy laws.

We never share your mailing address, application materials, payment information, dietary or accessibility information, or anything said in our sessions with sponsors.

California residents may ask how we share personal information with third parties for their direct marketing. HiPower shares limited information with sponsors only as described in Section 5. To make a request, email legal@hipower.org with “California Privacy Rights” in the subject line.

7. Cookies, analytics and Do Not Track

The Site uses cookies set by Squarespace or other websites we use for essential functions such as the shopping cart and security, and for analytics that show us which pages are visited. HiPower does not use advertising cookies or allow third parties to track visitors across websites for advertising.

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings, though some parts of the Site, such as checkout, may not work without them.
