Championing Women WHO DRIVE BIG CHANGES

When you are accepted into the program, you join a group of like-minded leaders in an eight month journey towards articulating what you want to be known for (your platform) and work to develop your influence around that topic.  This journey includes 6 two-hour workshops and a 2-day annual offsite retreat

Each participant defines their vision through a series of workshops led by a distinguished faculty that includes coaches, brand experts, organizational development consultants and storytellers.

After completing the initial “Signature” Program, “graduates” are invited to become a HiPower Executive Member. Executive Members enjoy annual offsite retreats, social events, and training and enrichment programs.  More importantly, Executive Members actively support one another by responding to requests, making referrals, providing feedback and holding one another accountable for the goals we set out to achieve.  In the process, we develop deep connections that motivate and inspire our journey from success to significance.

Ours is “give-get” network - the more you give the other members, the more you get from the group.

Our whole HiPower community comes together twice a year at:

• a Spring Refresh in March

• a 2 day Off-Site in November, where we both work together on advancing our individual platforms, and play together over food, exercise and the occasional liquid refreshment.
