What is the HiPower Signature Program?
Our Signature Program is the first step towards unlocking your highest potential and joining our network of powerful leaders.
If accepted into the Program, you will join a “ring” — a small, tight-knit cohort of peers. With your ring, you will attend six skill-building workshops led by Program Alumni, building your confidence and learning how to articulate your personal platform.
Once you’ve completed these workshops, you will be invited to the exclusive HiPower Annual Conference, where you will further expand your network and share skills with high-impact leaders across the country. This conference concludes the Signature Program. After participating, we hope you’ll be inspired to become a HiPower Executive Member!

Each year-long program runs from February to November. The 2025 program dates are set, and participants are dedicated to attending every session.

This program is for women and nonbinary individuals who are ready to transform their success into a force for greater impact — leaders prepared to make their mark, elevate their influence, and inspire meaningful change in their community.

What Can I Expect from the Signature Program?
We carefully select a small group of remarkable women and nonbinary people to join a “ring,” a cohort of like-minded leaders on a 10-month journey of personal and professional growth. Together, you’ll answer the powerful question: "What do I want to be known for?"
“Rings” form close-knit bonds and members frequently continue to work together after the program, driving one another towards further success and personal significance.
Each year, we have three “rings” organized location: Palo Alto, CA (in-person); Austin, TX (in-person); and a Virtual ring (available across the U.S.) if the two physical locations don’t work for you.
The Program includes:
Six Immersive Workshops: Led by distinguished alumni, including executive coaches, brand strategists, organizational development experts, and storytellers, each workshop is designed to build your skills and confidence. Workshops take place virtually and in-person from February to November.
Exclusive Annual Conference: Every November, HiPower Program participants and Executive Members gather for an invite-only conference. Over the course of two and a half days, participants attend talks, develop skills in workshops, enjoy meals together, and more. The conference is a memorable experience that cements connections and marks the beginning of lifelong support.
There is a Program Fee of $2000 — an investment in your growth and impact. Every year, our Women Founders’ Scholarship covers admission fees for two incredible leaders!
