The Signature Program
Program Fee: $595
HiPower’s Signature Program is the first step toward expanding your influence and joining a powerful network of bold, values-driven leaders
Through online training, virtual workshops and deep peer connection, you’ll clarify your message, amplify your voice, and start the journey towards articulating your platform and developing content that develops your influence around what you want to be known for.
Each year, a small group of leaders is selected to join a HiPower Ring—a tight-knit cohort that travels this journey together.
The program culminates in the HiPower Ignite Conference, an unforgettable experience that celebrates growth and sets the stage for what’s next.
Add Core membership
Community Fee: $395
Join the full HiPower community from day one!
For the first time, Signature Program participants can join our Executive Member network right away instead of waiting until they graduate. Core Membership gives you a year of connection, learning, and support from accomplished women who have already done the platform work and are living it.
Core Membership includes full access to the HiPower community and year-round virtual programming. Executive Members also have the option of creating their own in person gatherings.
Program + Core Membership: $990
Add Ignite
Ignite Conference Fee: $1,195
Three days in person with the HiPower community!
Ignite is HiPower’s annual conference, held each November. It’s where graduating Signature Program participants meet Executive Members, share their platforms, and help one another move their visions forward. For many participants, it’s also the first time they meet their Ring in person, and the relationships formed there tend to last well beyond the weekend.
You’ll get:
Keynotes from leaders driving change in their fields
Interactive Tracks on topics like AI adoption, career design, and turning purpose into a plan
Ask & Answer Circles, where members bring real challenges and get real help
JANx Talks from members sharing their stories
Receptions, dinners, and time to recharge with fellow HiPowerites
Ignite registration covers conference programming and hosted meals. Travel and accommodation are booked separately.
Program + Core Membership + Ignite: $2,185
