You’ll join a Ring—a small, curated group of like-minded peers—for a 10-month journey of personal and professional growth.

The program includes:

• Six Workshops
  Led by HiPower alumni and expert facilitators (including executive coaches, brand strategists, and storytellers), these sessions help you develop your voice, story, and content you can share to amplify your public voice.
  Workshops take place from February to November, virtually and in person.

• HiPower Ignite Conference
  An invite-only gathering held each November. Participants and Executive Members come together for 2.5 days of talks, hands-on sessions, community meals, and connection. The Ignite Conference is the capstone of the Signature Program.

Every participant’s path is different—but here’s what you can expect to walk away with:

• A clearly articulated Personal Platform that defines what you want to be known for

• A powerful Personal Story that motivates and inspires others

• A polished digital presence, with messaging that aligns across platforms

• A tribe of bold, brilliant women and nonbinary leaders who will push you forward—and call you in

What you gain depends on what you give. This program is designed to stretch and support you.

A HiPower Ring is the cohort of leaders who participate in the Signature Program each year. The Ring is divided across three locations:

• Austin, TX (15 participants, in person)

• Palo Alto, CA (15 participants, in person)

• San Francisco, CA (15 participants, in person)

While all participants are part of the same Ring, your primary engagement is with the 15 leaders in your location. This smaller group becomes your core circle—attending workshops together, building trust, and supporting each other’s growth throughout the 10-month journey.

The Signature Program is designed for leaders ready to move from professional success to lasting impact.

This experience is for women and nonbinary individuals who want to elevate their voice, sharpen their vision, and inspire change.

  To be considered for the Founder Fellowship, your Signature Program application must be submitted by this date.

• Deadline to Confirm Spot – Within 14 days of acceptance notification

  Confirmation requires payment of the admissions fee.

There is a Program Fee of $2,195 — an investment in your growth and impact. Every year, our Women Founder Fellowship covers admission fees for two incredible leaders!

HiPower is a largely volunteer-run nonprofit organization dedicated to amplifying the voices of professional women. Our ability to plan and deliver high-quality programming depends on the financial commitments made by our members each year.

Membership fees are used primarily to cover costs associated with our annual events, programs, and operations. Many of these expenses—such as venue deposits, speaker fees, catering, and other commitments—must be paid months in advance based on the number of members for the year. As a result, we are unable to offer refunds once membership fees have been paid.

We recognize that personal and professional circumstances can change. However, because the organization incurs non-recoverable costs to deliver programming and maintain its commitments, membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

We appreciate your understanding and support, which allow us to continue providing valuable opportunities and experiences for all members. Your membership not only helps sustain our programming but also strengthens the community of volunteers who make HiPower possible.
