Our code is that if we can answer your request, we will. Unlike other organizations, we love it when our community members sell! If we can’t sell to our network, how will we scale faster?!

Ask & Answer is one of our trademark activities. You can send an Ask at any time to our online discussion group. But once a year, we run a more formal Ask & Answer activity where our community focuses on helping you with your priority ask at that time.

Our two-day HiPower Ignite Conference is our pinnacle event and the highlight of our year. Picture over 100 executives reconnecting (or meeting for the first time), workshopping, networking, and making a lot of noise!
Your membership covers the cost of facilities, facilitation, administration and food. If you have been to Ignite, you know it's worth every minute!

Continue to develop your online and in-person platforms! Every Spring, Executive Members get together for a platform refresh jam session.
We also have our Spring Ask & Answer period, which allows members to share their professional expertise and help accelerate each other’s success.

Networking never stops being useful — especially with an extraordinary group like this, where our membership grows every year.
We plan alumni events, including our This is Me! and Expert Series virtual events, as well as networking and social sessions like hikes and happy hours, bringing the entire HiPower community together to enjoy the sun and build new personal and professional connections.
Deadline to Renew your executive membership for 2026: january 15
Before being eligible to become an Executive Member, you must complete the one year Signature Program, offered annually.
In a nutshell, becoming an executive member gives you access to an executive group that will always have your back!
Want to get nominated for an award? Send it to our network and we will respond.
Trying to spread the word about a presentation you’re doing? We’ll use our social networks to do that for you.
Want a referral? Our network collectively is two degrees of separation from almost all professionals in the tech or tech-related world!

Some HiPower members step out of our community for a year or two to deal with ... life! But we always welcome them back when they’re ready.
“Lately, I’ve been thinking about how much the women of HiPower have shaped my life — and how easy it is, in the rush of years, to drift away from the circle that once grounded me.
Since its start in 2012, I’ve cherished every HiPower gathering — the laughter, the Push-Pull energy, the inspiration. But in the past few years, I’ve missed the off-sites (mid-life crisis, menopause, brain fog — all the real, messy human things).
This season of life has humbled me. It’s reminded me that connection isn’t something to schedule — it’s something tonurture. I’m so thankful to be part of Ring 1 — Mona’s 1st circle — and for knowing that even after going dark, one text brings that lifeline of understanding (as it did this week).
My goal for 2026 is to reconnect — to meet the incredible women from the newer rings and to catch up with old friends. If you’ve also found yourself quietly stepping back, maybe this is our season to re-emerge — together.
Here’s to finding our way back — and to the strength, laughter, and wisdom that come when women reconnect. ”
