Refund Policy

HiPower is a largely volunteer-run nonprofit organization dedicated to amplifying the voices of professional leaders. Our ability to plan and deliver high-quality programming depends on the financial commitments made by our members each year.

Membership fees are used primarily to cover costs associated with our annual events, programs, and operations. Many of these expenses—such as venue deposits, speaker fees, catering, and other commitments—must be paid months in advance based on the number of members for the year. As a result, we are unable to offer refunds once membership fees have been paid.

We recognize that personal and professional circumstances can change. However, because the organization incurs non-recoverable costs to deliver programming and maintain its commitments, membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

We appreciate your understanding and support, which allow us to continue providing valuable opportunities and experiences for all members. Your membership not only helps sustain our programming but also strengthens the community of volunteers who make HiPower possible.
