Our in-person signature sessions take place from 5:30-8:00pm on Wednesdays or Thursdays. For in-person sessions, dinner and wine are included.

Our virtual signature sessions take place via Zoom from 4:00 pm to 6:30 pm PST.

The Hipower Signature Program guides you to articulate a personal vision that inspires you, and then challenges you to become a visible champion for that vision.

The Program is a series of 6 workshops led by a distinguished faculty that includes coaches, brand experts, organizational development consultants and storytellers, culminating in a group offsite.

Rings form close-knit bonds and members frequently continue to work together after the program, driving one another towards success and personal significance.

Hipower provides a light dinner and red and white wine at EVERY session - because that is how we roll! :)  If you have food allergies or restrictions, you should let us know. If they are complicated, you might consider bringing your own dinner since our order-in options are sometimes limited.
