Delida guides companies through responsible growth, regulatory challenges, and public offerings.   She has taken two companies public (traditional and SPAC) and led multiple fundraising activities.

Her expertise is an asset for companies which need directors with solid governance, audit, and compensation experience to oversee best practices development and to navigate landmines such as going public, emerging technology, capital formation, and new disclosure, sustainability, and risk management requirements.

Delida is well-suited for companies navigating emerging technology issues such as AI and cybersecurity given her experience forcing industry evolution in digital advertising, downloadable software, music streaming and online copyright, privacy, and sustainable clean consumer products.

She advises a small group of clients who are new to their CXO seats or who are incumbents in seats where the company strategy has shifted, primarily as CLOs and CPOs.

Delida is a 5-times public and private company corporate secretary.  She has served as Chief Legal Officer of Pandora Media (which she took public in 2011) and the Chief People and Legal Officer of Grove Collaborative (which she took public in 2022).  She was recruited to Group Black, where she served as Chief Legal Officer, for her corporate development, fundraising, and board advisory expertise.
