Ignite Tracks are like mini-courses you can take during the conference, designed to help you develop specific skills and materials. Each Track has 3 sessions which are carefully designed to build on each other.

Track 1: Platform to Bio

Designed for anyone working to bring their Personal Platforms into their bios and LinkedIn.

Led by Hayley Nelson & Shelley Force Aldred

  • You’ve refined your Personal Platform — now it’s time to show the world! Your Personal Platform is what you want to be known for separate from your employment and something that drives you. Your personal bio is short but mighty. Platform pros Hayley and Shelley will show you how to craft a bio using language from your Personal Platform to make a strong first impression—every time.

  • For execs, entrepreneurs, and creatives, LinkedIn is the hub of your digital presence and, when done right, it’s a gateway to new connections and opportunities. Hayley and Shelley will show you how to optimize your LinkedIn page using a killer combination of innovative AI tools and ideas from your Personal Platform.

  • Openly giving and receiving feedback is one of the pillars that makes our HiPower community so amazing! In this final session, you will share your reworked and improved bios and LinkedIn pages with each other and give/receive productive feedback.

Track 2: Strategic Branding

Ideal for those ready to make their next move online with a website, effective LinkedIn post, blog or newsletter.

  • If a tree falls in the forest and no one builds a website, did it even happen? But seriously — creating a website is the first step in establishing a personal brand, and digital doyennes Jory and Betsy will help you create an outstanding webpage to showcase your unique expertise.

  • With thousands of posts crossing user’s feeds every day, how can you make an impression that stops the scroll? Jory and Betsy have mastered the art of the LinkedIn post, and they’re not here to gatekeep. In this session, they’ll share tips and tricks for writing effective LinkedIn posts to boost your engagement and reach.

  • Now that you know how to write an engaging post, the next step is deciding what to write about. In their final session, Jory and Betsy will help you brainstorm click-worthy topics for your next three blog posts or newsletters. 

Track 3: Real-World Influence

For those already active on LinkedIn and other public platforms and ready to fully enter the public discourse through keynotes, press pages and books.

  • With the world online these days, it’s easy to underestimate the influence of traditional media. But tried-and-true engagement strategies like keynotes, press pages, and books are trusted for a reason! To expand your influence from the stage, experienced speakers Delida and Maria will share strategies to develop your speaker profile and keynote topics.

  • What idea could you turn into a book? It’s about time all of those great ideas made it out of the Notes app and into readers’ hands. Writing a book can seem daunting, but published authors Delida and Maria will help you take the first step by creating an outline.

  • Don’t let your headlines get buried in the endless stream of news! Delida and Maria will help you create a press page for your website, helping you to highlight your achievements and show people that you’re in the conversation.
