Ishneet Kaur is the Director of Business Development in National Grid Partners (NGP). She joined NGP in October 2019 where over the years, she has held a variety of different roles within the Innovation team. In her current role, Ishneet is combining her knowledge of the business and energy sector and leveraging those insights to work with best-in-class startups and create an impact for all parties involved.

Prior to NGP, Ishneet was part of McKinsey & Company focusing on risk management, anti-money laundering, and due diligence for the banking sector. She holds an M.S. in Applied Economics and Management from Cornell University. Outside of work, Ishneet spends her time running around with her black Lab puppy, working out in the gym, and acting as the sous-chef in her kitchen.
