Ileana C Berguig

Ileana is a Product leader with +10 years of experience in Tech across Google, Apple, and Meta. She has a proven track record of building and launching products that delight customers and drive value for businesses in both mature and emerging markets by shaping product direction by translating qualitative and quantitative insights into product and go-to-market strategy. She is a team builder and proactive problem solver with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for developing talent.

Beyond work, Ileana is a mom of three who focuses on family and on building community (President of the FC for The Grove Preschool), service (Diller Foundation Grant Review Committee), and coaching (mentor in First Round Capital Fast Track program). 

Ileana holds a B.S. in International Relations and Political Science from UTDT, and an MBA from the Wharton School at UPenn.
