Hannah Coutand

Senior Director, Business Insights and Strategy, Cloud and Enterprise, Intel Corporation

Hannah is a recognized leader for business strategy, who drives growth by transforming technology into business.  She was the architect of Intel’s cloud-first strategy, a cross-org initiative to pivot Intel’s data center business to cloud service providers.  Her strategy execution and leadership in this initiative helped fuel what became Intel’s fastest growing business segment.  A builder of high performing teams, she is also recognized for operational and communications excellence.  She established her organization and charter by bringing together disparate teams to drive seminal market insights through innovative analytics platforms/models, to enhance forecasting, assess risk, and partner with technical teams to develop new business opportunities. 

Prior to Intel, she spent eight years in telecom, with experience across several international operators:  Sprint in the US, SITA in Belgium, Rwandatel in Rwanda, and Deutsche Telekom in Germany. 

After earning her MBA, she joined Intel Corporation as part of a cohort of 15 from top MBA programs into the Accelerated Leadership Program, a rotation program designed to develop experienced professionals into the next generation of Intel’s leaders.  After graduating from the program, she was selected as part of a team of 3 to lead strategy for the CEO and President’s inaugural board of directors’ presentations in 2014.

A mom to three, she spends her free time with her family or running (or both simultaneously).  She is fluent in French and with her husband is raising her family bilingually.  She holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Virginia and MBA from Cornell University.
