Grace has managed P&L of various fintech products with a budget of more than $3+M and grow alternative payments platform's transaction volume by 200% in 2 years which she owns the patent. She spoke at various payments and risk management forum and at World Economic Forum on identity and cross border payments.

Grace was head of Product for a stealth mode startup, a modern acquirer processor targeting payments facilitators with multiple fund in and fund out needs. She shapes the strategy and build the team from the ground up. She built out the payment acceptance for card processing and reporting platform.

Prior to that, Grace held various leadership positions at Apple, Uber, Alipay, and Visa. She built the first credit bureau score for Bank of China. Grace’s career spans across different areas and functions of the financial industry: issuing, acquiring, and lending products. She also has deep understanding on analytics, product management, and partnership.

Grace graduated from Michigan and was one of the few selected ones to represent the Wolverine Venture Fund to make investment decision on start ups across health care and technology sectors.

Grace is passionate about building teams from the ground up, and encouraging her staff to be more confident in the personal and professional lives to get them out of their comfort zones, so they can realize their full potential.
