Dr. Geeta Kadambi is the Founder and CEO of Riddhi IP. She is a USPTO registered Patent Agent. She has a distinguished background with a PhD in Biochemistry, and has accumulated a breadth of scientific and patent law experience in government, public and private organizations. She is a former Patent Examiner at the USPTO and was a Senior Technologist at NASA Ames, where she won two Space Act Awards for her inventions at NASA.

Dr. Kadambi has over 20 years of scientific and patent prosecution experience in the areas of biopharma and biotech, medical devices, clean tech and software. She is experienced in US patent preparation and prosecution, patentability, due diligence activities, strategic planning including life-cycle management, global patent portfolio management and product development.

She was a Postdoctoral Fellow in Neonatology at Stanford University, and an ARVO/CIBA NEI International Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of Minnesota, Department of Ophthalmology. She holds a Ph.D. in Biochemistry from the University of Madras, India.

She is a member of Rotary International and serves as a Senior Advisor at Venture Capitol Roundtable – Silicon Valley. A frequent speaker and panelist, Dr. Kadambi received the Silicon Valley Business Award for Technology Advisory Firms.
