Gauri Manglik is a legal and tech executive with 18+ years of legal experience in advising Boards, CEOs and C-Level Executives at global organizations and start-ups. Proven track record of effective management, mentorship, policy, and risk counseling skills, with a focus on product, regulatory, partnerships, privacy, and legal functions. Her legal career spans experiences advising startups, growth stage and public companies at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman, working at top Indian law firms and in-house at Google, Softbank, Aura and Clearbit across different practice areas.

She has extensive experience in corporate governance, VC/PE financing and M&A matters, and deep knowledge of B2C, B2B and B2B2C GTM channels, especially in cybersecurity and SAAS companies, Martech and Adtech. She brings in a unique blend of deep India and US legal experience, and has an entrepreneurial mindset of figuring out what matters + solving for the business.

Gauri is currently the VP, Head of Legal and Privacy at Clearbit, which is a martech B2B SaaS startup. 

Outside of Clearbit, she is passionate about diversity and started her own social impact startup called KitaabWorld to advocate for more diversity in childrens books. 

Gauri holds a BA LLB degree from National Law School of India University and an LLM from the University of California, Los Angeles. She is on the Board of the South Asian Bar Association, Northern California. 

She lives in Menlo Park with her husband, Rahul, and their two boys, Rohan and Nirav.
