Elizabeth Dean is a Managing Director at Alvarez and Marsal Disputes and Investigations, LLC, with over 30 years of experience providing forensic accounting and business consulting services to companies and their counsel. Elizabeth has experience analyzing financial issues on a broad range of matters, including commercial damages, intellectual property, forensic accounting, class action, unfair competition, labor and employment, and business consulting matters. She is an effective oral communicator and has presented the results of her analysis to executive management as well as testified as an expert in Federal and State courts and in U.S. and international arbitrations. Elizabeth has been an active member of a number of organizations targeted at mentoring and developing women in business. These experiences have helped broaden her perspective on effective ways to increase and sustain the participation of women in business.

As a member of the Advisory Board of HiPower, organized under Upward Women, Elizabeth works with a group of like-minded women corporate leaders focused on accelerating each member’s leadership roles from professional success to wide-ranging significance. Elizabeth graduated from Claremont McKenna College in 1988 with a dual major in Mathematics and Economics. In addition, Elizabeth holds several industry certifications, including Certified Public Accountant, Certified Management Accountant, Certified in Financial Forensics, and Certified Licensing Professional.
