Efrat Yellin is an experienced CFO and M&A advisor with proven track record and ability to strategize, plan and  execute on a wide range of complex business and financial needs. Efrat brings 25 years’ of experience in financial services including M&A advisory, corporate finance across mortgage banks, banking, payments and loyalty rewards. 

Efrat recently joined Lili, an all-in-one banking platform designed for small business owner needs as the CFO & COO. Efrat was most recently Senior Advisor at 99FinTech and Interim  CFO at NGData Analytics. Prior, as founder & CFO, established a US fintech consumer lending business that launched within a year. Defined go-to-market strategy, product/technology needs,  established banking licenses, warehouse funding, and hired talent across all business functions. 

Prior experience includes investment banking at Merrill Lynch and Deloitte Corporate Finance,  structured finance at Moody’s, and financial position roles at startups where she established, built, and merged operations, and at the Central Bank of Israel. Efrat holds an MBA from NYU  Stern School of Business, and BA in Business Administration and Economics from the Hebrew  University, Israel where she graduated Magna Cum Lauda.
