Diane Frankel is the Chairman and COO of Building Bridges Together. She is on the Board of Trustees of the College of Wooster, serving as Vice Chair of the Risk Oversight Task Force, and on the Board's Executive Appraisal and Compensation Committee and Trustee and Governance Committee. Diane has led M&A deal teams successfully completing more than 100 M&A transactions (ranging from $5 million to $3 billion in size) for technology, life sciences and health care companies. An experienced business risk strategist, she advises on governance best practices and "bet your company" governance issues, including crisis management, shareholder engagement, negotiations with activists, and conflicts of interest.
