Kristy Loeffler is currently Chief Financial Officer at Kaizen Health, Inc. She is an experienced leader with a demonstrated history of working in the financial technology services and healthcare industries. Skilled in growth-stage companies, management, strategy, business process improvement, and customer growth, she holds a deep understanding of the nuances that help a company grow and the right places to focus attention for success. 

Prior to Kaizen Health, Kristy served as Vice President, Finance & Operations at Selerity, Inc where she supported the successful exit in 2019 to ION Group, a global leader in the FinTech space. 

Kristy’s 20+ years of experience in finance and operations does not define who she is, but rather supports her in growing as a better wife and mother to her twin daughters and helping her to be a leader in her network.
