Kristin Kobey is a product leader, advisor, and coach with over 20 years in tech. She’s headed up products and product teams at startups and enterprise companies like Autodesk, StarMaker Interactive, and Nickelodeon/Viacom. As a product leader, Kristin strives to create useful and engaging products with intuitive customer experiences built on platforms that scale. 

Kristin also believes that purposeful, relatable products are an extension of the team, organization, and company culture that build them. Evolving healthy, high-performing teams with diverse perspectives and a cohesive purpose is at the center of her leadership approach. She strives to lead with compassion and courage and build the same values up in those she coaches and mentors.

Kristin is pursuing her Leadership & Performance coaching certification through Brown University and the International Coaching Federation and is launching her product consulting & coaching business this year.
