For the past ten years, Alexandra Kenin has worked at Wordsmithie, Inc., a content and design agency that serves clients in the tech, finance, healthcare, and other industries. Starting as a writer and editor, she was promoted to Project Manager and eventually to Studio Chief, where she manages a team of project managers and works in tandem with the CEO to run the agency’s Google business.

Outside of Wordsmithie, Alexandra also runs Urban Hiker SF, a San Francisco-based hiking tour company that explores the city’s stairways, hills, and trails. Through her business, she has hiked with thousands of guests and authored two hiking guidebooks for the Bay Area, Urban Trails: San Francisco and Urban Trails: East Bay, which have sold a combined 20,000+ copies.

Earlier in her career, Alexandra worked as a Product Marketing Manager at Google.

Alexandra holds a BS in French from Georgetown University, a MA in International Studies from the University of Pennsylvania, and an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School.

She lives in San Francisco with her partner Brett, her son Dylan, and their dog Jodie.
