Susanne Senoff

Senior Director, Enterprise Security Governance, Risk, and Compliance, Arm

Susanne has over 25 years of experience building functions and high performing teams across semi-conductors, technology, banking, healthcare and utilities.  She joined Arm in 2018 where she built the Enterprise Security Governance, Risk, and Compliance function.  In this role, she leads risk management, vulnerability management, training and awareness, security measurement and remediation.  Susanne is a creative, pragmatic problem-solver who delights in complex, interesting challenges.  Prior to Arm, Susanne held director level positions at Microsoft and Morgan Stanley and was a management consultant for companies ranging in size from 9 person start-ups to multi-billion dollar companies.  At Arm, Susanne also holds the role of Chair, Americas Region for Women@Arm where she is devoted to supporting women at Arm in building career and community.  Susanne graduated with a BS in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley and a Master of Public Administration from Columbia University.  Outside of work, she serves on the Education Committee at Temple Beth Shalom and is the Board Liaison.  In addition, she has recently joined the Daughters of the American Revolution, a service organization in Austin.  In her spare time, Susanne loves spending time with her husband and two daughters.  She is an avid swimmer and loves reading Science Fiction.
