Paige Guzman joined The Lagunitas Brewing Company, the #1 IPA brand in the world, in July 2020. She is leading the charge to return the brand to growth in the face of global beer market declines by transforming the marketing strategy and team.

Paige has spent her entire career developing and marketing brands to help consumers relax including: cocktails, cabernet, cannabis and craft beer. Prior to Lagunitas, Paige led the marketing team at PAX Labs, the leading maker of premium cannabis vaporizers. She spent 20 years in the wine and spirits industry building some of the world’s most recognizable beverage brands including: Maker’s Mark, Knob Creek and Kim Crawford. At Constellation Brands, she spent six years leading the company’s first innovation department and launched 10 successful new to world brands during her tenure.  As the Vice President of Marketing Activation she transformed the Trade and Shopper Marketing, Promotions, Events and Creative teams to cut costs and deliver more value to the business by driving growth at retail.

She began her marketing career at Beam Suntory working in a variety of roles across her ten-year tenure including: public relations, brand management and field marketing. Paige holds a degree from Boston University. 

She is a passionate advocate and volunteer for service dog organizations and on the weekends, can be found hiking with her family and golden retriever, Lulu.
