Hadas is a highly experienced legal adviser to tech companies on licensing and technology transactions and the founder of a boutique law firm in New York. Hadas represents VC and PE-backed companies, as well as public companies and select startups. She advises CEOs seeking to grow market share and to scale their technology and intellectual property assets through licensing, strategic alliances, and distribution in new verticals or through third-party platforms. She also guides companies on achieving legal compliance and governance in areas of cybersecurity and data privacy while helping them achieve global growth objectives. Hadas’ clients include vendors of software, SaaS, AI, fintech, healthtech, proptech, wellness and alternative data.

Prior to founding her firm, Hadas was the lead intellectual property lawyer at Thomson Financial (later Thomson Reuters / Refinitiv) where she advised on intellectual property and product development issues and was responsible for all data distribution agreements and technology partnerships.

Hadas was also an attorney at Debevoise & Plimpton, a top Am Law 100 firm. She worked in the firm’s New York office in the corporate and intellectual property departments. Before she relocated to the US, Hadas practiced corporate law and commercial litigation in Israel.

Outside work, Hadas enjoys traveling, hiking and cycling with her family. Her favorite destinations are the National Parks and the Southwest. Hadas is an avid photographer, she designs and decorates creative cakes and loves reading history books.
