Eunice Kim is the General Counsel of SOC Telemed, Inc., one of the largest national providers of acute telemedicine. Eunice has more than 20 years of in-house experience advising global technology businesses on corporate governance and securities law, as well as M&A and financing transactions. Prior to joining SOC Telemed in September 2020, Eunice served as the Vice President, Legal at Symantec Corporation, the world’s leading cybersecurity company. She led the corporate and employment legal functions and numerous acquisitions and divestitures. Prior to Symantec Corporation, Eunice served as an associate at Coudert Brothers LLP and Burns & Levinson LLP, advising clients in various industries. Kim holds a Juris Doctor degree from Boston College Law School in Newton, MA and a B.A. from Smith College in English and biochemistry.
