As a Principal and Senior Wealth Advisor of Price Wealth, Susan provides thoughtful, strategic advice to clients to help them define their goals and build a roadmap for the future. Price Wealth is an independent investment advisory firm that serves high net worth families and private foundations. While Susan serves a diverse range of clients, she is particularly passionate about helping women to understand and improve their relationship to money. While Susan has been working in the financial services industry for over ten years, she began her career as an attorney specializing in corporate securities. After law school, she was an associate at Haynes and Boone, LLP in Dallas, Texas, and then held corporate executive positions at Concentra, Inc., Motorola, Inc., and Freescale Semiconductor, Inc. In addition to her work for the firm, Susan served as the Chair of the Investment Committee for the Texas State University Development Foundation Board from 2013 through 2017, when she transitioned to serving as Board Chair until 2019. Susan received her BA from Vanderbilt University and her JD from Southern Methodist University School of Law. After moving to Austin in 2000, she quickly became very invested in her community. She currently serves on the Advisory Board of the Wittliff Collections and on the Leadership Circle of Communities in Schools – Central Texas, Inc., and has served on multiple non-profit boards over the past 15 years. Susan and her husband Reid have two teenage children.
