Katie Hingle is currently the Vice President of a Global Program Management Office working for the Chief Revenue Officer of Automation Anywhere. She is an operations leader who thrives on turning chaotic swirl into ship-shape strategic outcomes. Prior to joining Automation Anywhere, she spent 21 years at Adobe, leading all kinds of cross-functional project and business enablers in sales operations, business unit operations, supply chain operations, and GTM strategy and operations. During that time, she spoke at several conferences, having the most fun linking how her fear of mountain biking is connected to driving retention improvements for SMB customers. She’s always open to discuss that topic. For a time, she thought her people skills meant she should be a coach, which lead her to get her coaching certification. What she’s come to understand is every high growth business outcome involves connecting people effectively to transformative change. Her last boss called her “the soul of the team”. But, that suggests it’s about her. Actually, she’s a team enabler. As well as enabling her teams at work, she takes that energy into expanding on her passions outside of work - leading the start up and growth of a cycling club at Adobe, organizing a team of 12 to run a 200 mile relay (five times!), and connecting with her family of four every chance she gets, especially on trips to France, a country near and dear to her heart.
