Description of Benefits
1. Online Discussion Group. When you are part of the HiPower community, you find your personal board of directors. We are here for one another. Share opportunities with our online community. Ask for help (for yourself - our focus is only helping our community). Our code is that if we can answer your request, we will. Unlike other organizations, we love it when our community members sell! If we can’t sell to our network, how will we scale faster?!
2. Asks & Answers. Asks & Answers is one of our trademark activities. You can send an Ask at any time to our online discussion group. But once a year, we run a more formal Ask & Answer activity where our community focuses on helping you with your priority ask at that time.
3. Website Profile. Get listed on our HiPower website. We profile headshots, bios, and platforms for each Hipower member. Individually we’re impressive, but together we are a tribe of superheroes!
4. Annual Offsite. Our Annual Offsite is our pinnacle event that runs for 2 1/2 days. Picture nearly 100 executives reconnecting, or meeting for the first time, workshopping, networking, and making a lot of noise! Your membership covers the cost of facilities, facilitation, administration and food. You pay for your own travel and accommodations. (Note: If you are a Fully Loaded member, we also cover your accommodations.) If you have been to a HiPower offsite, you know it's worth every minute!
5. Spring Refresh. Continue to develop your online and in-person platforms! Every Spring, network members get together for a platform refresh jam session. We also have our Spring Ask & Answer period which allows members to share their professional expertise and help accelerate each other’s success.
6. Events & Networking. It never stops being useful - especially with an extraordinary group like this, where our membership grows every year. We plan alumni events, including our This is Me and Network Series virtual events, as well as networking and social sessions like hikes and happy hours, all to bring the entire HiPower community together to enjoy the sun and build new personal and professional connections.
7. For Fully Loaded Members Only - Feature Profile. We will interview you and write a 500 word feature profile which will be posted on our website and on our LinkedIn channel.
