Michele Don Durbin

Michele Don Durbin is the VP of Marketing for QuickBooks Online & Live Portfolios at Intuit, tasked with driving growth acceleration through key product marketing levers, strategic brand building, and go-to-market campaigns.

Prior to joining Intuit last year, Michele led marketing at Evernote and, after bringing a completely rebuilt set of mobile and desktop apps to market globally, she helped with the successful sale of Evernote to European app developer, Bending Spoons. Over her career, Michele has advanced several ambitious consumer and business brands to a new stage of growth. While VP of Marketing at Inflection, a screening and advanced data solutions company, Michele tackled large-scale market expansion, channel strategies, and sales pipeline development. She redefined the market for GoodHire, a background check challenger brand, beyond SMB into larger, mid-market companies. As the GM of the Americas for online dating company Cupid, she successfully localized and launched their principal brand into the US, as well as introduced two new flagship products for niche markets. From 2006 to 2012, Michele held a variety of marketing positions at Skype, most notably as the Director of Global Customer Acquisition, where she introduced Skype to the US market, scaled the subscriber base from 250M to 1 billion, and helped companies build their first truly remote workforces.

Michele holds a degree in International Relations and Economics from The American University in Washington, D.C. and has lived and studied in Japan, Germany, and France.
