Shirley Braun

Shirley Braun is the Founder and Managing Partner of Swift-Insights, a coaching and consulting firm.

Shirley is an Executive/Leadership coach, an advisor to leadership teams, and a former Global Executive.She helps organizations, teams,and individuals successfully scale up, learn, grow, and thrive.

Before founding Swift Insights, Shirley was a Chief People Officer in a number of scaling up technology companies (Zadara, Callisto Media, Adverum Biotechnology, Cash Edge). She also held executive HR and Organizational Development positions at Fortune 500 companies (Lam Research, Sony Playstation, Magma-DA,and IKEA).

With decades of experience scaling organizations, coaching, working with the C-suite, and building strategy, she blends her broad global business experience, servicing scaling organizations and Fortune 500 companies, with a direct, transformative, and caring, approach to coaching. She is passionate about helping her clients find their true needs, unleashing their potential, and accomplishing their goals. She loves to share with her clients the practical tools needed for scaling their impact and transforming their teams and organizations. When she is not coaching, she is an avid learner and loves to spend time with close friends and family traveling, cooking, and dancing.

Shirley holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology from California School of Professional Psychology, San Francisco; and an MA in Industrial and Social Psychology and a BA in Psychology, both from Bar Ilan University in Israel.
