Anirma Gupta is an accomplished business executive with broad experience in the technology industry, including cybersecurity and privacy. She has a proven track record of managing challenging corporate, business and legal issues, with the demonstrated ability to advise and provide strategic analysis on technology, products, business strategy, risk management, and regulatory and compliance matters.

Ms. Gupta is currently Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary at Unity, a leading platform SaaS company enabling creators to create and operate interactive, real time 3D content. Prior to Unity, Ms. Gupta has held roles including SVP, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Carbon, Inc., in the additive manufacturing space, making innovative 3D printers, polymer resins and software and General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer and Corporate Secretary at Tanium Inc., a cyber security and systems management software company. In her roles,, Ms. Gupta advised the Company and the Board on business strategy implementation, managing global compliance and a variety of legal issues associated with a high growth stage company. Ms. Gupta has built legal teams at startup companies to address a broad range of global legal and compliance issues as the companies grew domestically and internationally.

Prior to joining Tanium, Ms. Gupta held a number of roles with increasing breadth of responsibility, including with Intuit, Inc., where in addition to managing several legal functions, she was a strategic member of several cross-company technology and change management initiatives. Ms. Gupta has also held roles at Sun Microsystems as well as in private practice as a patent litigator.

Ms. Gupta is also a co-founder and board member of a non-profit dedicated to the promotion and advancement of women in technology, policy and law. In addition to her law degree, Ms. Gupta holds a degree in Electrical Engineering.
