Meredith Kiernan is a senior level marketing, communications and culture leader and agency executive who has helped advance the business and brand reputation objectives of some of the industry’s most compelling life science brands. Possessing a unique combination of creative vision and business acumen, she loves pinpointing a compelling brand story and extending it through the holistic customer experience.

Meredith joined boutique life sciences agency Waterhouse Brands as Founding Head of Client Services and employee #2 in 2017. At Waterhouse, she has played an integral role in defining the firm's differentiated offering which focuses on aligning the three essential elements of brand reputation - vision, culture and image. As a right hand to the firm’s CEO, she has also helped to scale the team, client portfolio and business. Today, as the Managing Director, Brand Experience, she is the resident subject matter expert on corporate and employer brand strategy and activation, and also manages external relations and strategic growth initiatives for the firm.

Prior to Waterhouse, she spent a number of years at the premier independent healthcare agency Real Chemistry, where she led integrated strategy engagements for companies across all life stages, from start-ups to Fortune 50 healthcare brands.

Meredith started her career in the non-profit sector, working in communications and fundraising roles for organizations like Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts, Inc. and The Fresh Air Fund.

Meredith holds an MBA from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley and is a phi beta kappa graduate of UCLA. In her spare time, she enjoys listening to musicals, riding her Peloton, reading The New York Times, and dance parties with her husband and two young children.
