Anne Huffsmith is the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Naked Wines PLC, the world’s largest direct-to-consumer winery, publicly traded on the London Stock Exchange.  In this role, Anne oversees all legal operations in the US, UK and Australia markets, and handles all public company reporting obligations.  Anne is a critical member of the global executive team, where she contributes her legal expertise and business acumen to help drive the company’s success.

Before joining Naked Wines, Anne was an attorney with O’Melveny & Myers LLP, specializing in intellectual property, constitutional, and regulatory law.  She represented a number of leading technology companies, including Apple, Samsung, and Mentor Graphics, in patent and trade secret litigation in various forums, and represented Tesla in complex constitutional and regulatory actions related to its novel manufacturer-direct sale model.  

Anne is based in Napa, California, where she lives with her husband, daughter, and cat.  In her free time, she enjoys reading, hiking, and spending time with her family.
