Her passions include creating compelling software, delivering at scale, building inclusive cultures, developing individuals, and practicing gratitude -- all while embracing a growth mindset toward organizations and technologies.

In her 25+ year career, Elizabeth has developed a proven track record of delivering in roles that have spanned the gamut from creating her own startup to leading large development teams at Microsoft and Ericsson. She has been privileged to work with teams that brought nine brand-new products from inception to market, as well as seven additional releases of new versions in existing product lines. In her brief time as a rocket scientist she helped design and launch an autonomous microgravity centrifuge experiment that flew on the space shuttle Endeavor.
