Emilee is a marketing executive known for her unique ability to distill brands and create then execute against plans that achieve aggressive business targets in a broad range of industries. She works with founders, CEOs, engineers and sales leaders to align the magic inside each product with real customer needs – then drive teams, product enhancements and marketing campaigns to accelerate growth.

Emilee has a strong track record elevating both B2B and B2C products in domestic and foreign markets, including Japan and India. In her current role at Aeris, a global IoT startup with more than $100M annual revenue, she is positioning Aeris as the ideal technology partner for tier 1 vehicle manufacturers striving to compete with Tesla, Waymo and other disruptive market entrants. Under her leadership, Aeris has successfully expanded into vertical markets adjacent to consumer automotive, landing contracts with top 10 manufacturers by global market share.

Prior to Aeris, Emilee held marketing and product leadership positions at a variety of startups in the energy industry. Most recently, she was VP of Marketing & Product at American Efficient, a Series B cleantech startup, where she drove a targeted digital and field marketing strategy to sell renewable power plans to consumers, generating 10x revenue growth in 6 months. Before American Efficient, Emilee was hired by 9 U.S. states (including New York, Massachusetts and Maryland) to help implement the nation’s first mandatory cap-and-trade program to address climate change. In that capacity, she drove strategies to position the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative (RGGI) as a model for other states and regions. Today, RGGI is a $2B+ carbon market, and the model for similar, successful programs California, Canada and China, even in the absence of federal climate legislation.

Outside the office, Emilee is known for starting every day on horseback before dawn, and as a passionate advocate for women and people of color in the tech industry. She lives in Mountain View, California.
