VP Engineering, GuideSpark
Elizabeth Daggert is currently serving as Vice President of Engineering at GuideSpark, overseeing Software Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Operations. She brings over 20 years of software development and leadership experience to the table in roles that have spanned the gamut from creating her own startup to leading large development teams at Microsoft and Ericsson. Her professional passions include creating compelling software, delivering at scale, and building and inspiring teams, all while embracing the challenge of ever-changing cutting-edge technologies.
In her career, she has brought nine new products from inception to market, as well as seven additional releases of new versions in existing product lines. In her previous role at GuideSpark as Sr. Director of Software Architecture, she led the technical implementation of GuideSpark’s newest SaaS product: GuideSpark Communicate Cloud.
Elizabeth received her B.S. in Aeronautical & Astronautical Engineering from the University of Washington. In her brief time as a rocket scientist she helped design and launch an autonomous microgravity centrifuge experiment that flew on the space shuttle Endeavor.
