Mary Fuller

General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, Adaptive Spectrum and Signal Alignment, Inc.

Mary Fuller has built a reputation as a trusted business and legal professional who combines her deep technical expertise with her strong legal and business experience to provide advice and guidance to complex and diverse teams.  Mary’s talents are showcased in the areas of strategy and execution, with a focus on individual accountability coupled with continuous and measurable process improvements.

Currently, Mary is employed with the Kudelski Group where she serves as its Chief Policy Officer and Head of Legal for Kudelski’s Intellectual Property and Innovation (KIPI) division.  In this capacity, Mary provides strategic and tactical guidance to a team of professionals who are responsible for all aspects of the company’s intellectual property development, protection, licensing, litigation, and revenue generation, as well as its Policy development and implementation.

Before the Kudelski Group, Mary served as General Counsel, Corporate Secretary, and Officer of Adaptive Spectrum and Signal Alignment (ASSIA), Inc., a private equity backed company with complex legal and business needs.  Before ASSIA, Mary served as Managing Director and Chief IP Counsel for Maxim Integrated Products where her and her team’s responsibilities included all aspects of intellectual property, cybersecurity, ethics, and compliance.  Prior to Maxim, she served as Assistant Secretary to the Board of Directors and Director and Managing Counsel for Litigation for Marvell Semiconductor, where among her other duties, she was primarily responsible for overseeing the company’s stock option backdating investigation.  Additionally, before working in-house, Mary was employed as outside counsel at Bingham McCutchen and Penny and Edmonds where her practice ranged from patent prosecution, client counseling, and clearance work, to litigation.

Before entering the law, Mary was an electrical engineer at the Hewlett-Packard Company.  She notes that she was fortunate to have worked there at a time when Bill and Dave shook the hand of every new employee!  

Mary holds an Associates of Applied Sciences in Electronic Technology from Glendale Community College, a Bachelor degree in General Engineering with a major in Electrical Engineering from Northern Arizona University, and Juris Doctorate from the University of Notre Dame, which she received with honors.
