More About Caroline

  • Four words people would use to describe me:  Game. Accessible. Creative. Urbane.

  • Problems I am great at solving.
Creating and executing a thoughtful game plan even when the process or situation is full of ambiguity.

  • What makes me an “A-Team” player:  I have high standards and expect the same of everyone on the team.  I care a great deal about the people around me and approach my work with both humility and humor, which allows me to maintain perspective, get tough jobs done without drama, and to have some fun along the way.

  • A leader I admire and why. Michelle Obama. I admire her values, her smarts, her integrity, her ability to articulate and follow through on a vision, and of course, that fabulous sense of style!

  • Best piece of advice I ever got. “Don’t be afraid to share the bad news first.”
