As Vice President of Business Operations and Revenue, Shani is responsible for the strategy and implementation of data-driven improvements to customer success and driving resiliency and competitive differentiation in our product and business strategy.
Shani joins Mozilla from Technorati. She went to Technorati in 2007 to launch and lead strategy and day-to-day operations including sales and business development. Under her leadership, Technorati has evolved from an advertising service business to a key programmatic powerhouse that empowers publishers through proprietary technology to find the most valuable advertising opportunities on an impression by impression basis. Today, Technorati represents over 1,000 important web publishers and recently made the top 20 list in Pixelate’s Global Seller Trust Index.
Prior to joining Technorati, Shani held senior management roles at Infoseek/GO/Disney, Ziff Davis, Benedek Investment Group, and Tacit Software. She earned her B.A. in Communication and Art History from Rutgers University where she also ran the university newspaper, The Daily Targum.
